Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping and Exchange

1. Raffine does not offer any ‘Exchange’ or ‘Returns’ for any of products.
2. All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged within 03 days of payment only if:
   • Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
   • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

   • Please email pictures of the defective item to raffineofficialpk@gmail.com or call at +92 313 4425062 within 3 days after order delivery in case to raise a dispute.

     Once we receive the item our team will review the damage-once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement of the same value against the product mentioned in the invoice. 

3. In case of exchange customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.
4. Discounted Items cannot be Returned / Exchanged.

Order Cancellation

Raffine - does not offer a “refund” or “money back guarantee” on purchased items.

Raffine - may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card  is declined.
